专业简介
This course explores employment relations and selecting, motivating and developing staff. You also get special training to help you understand HR management in its strategic, organisational and financial contexts. You can apply to base your dissertation on project work with an organisation. Recent projects include the review of a large accountancy firm’s approach to corporate social responsibility. Individual assignments, group projects, end-of-semester examinations and a dissertation.

Students who hold a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university will be considered for direct entry to postgraduate diploma or masters programmes. For entry to MBA students need a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university and at least 3 years´ post-graduation work experience. Students must be at least 25 years old by the time the programme starts.

For overseas students, Sheffield University Management School’s standard English requirement is IELTS 6.5 with 6 in each other part, or equivalent.
