Aerospace professional needs to be able to communicate effectively with experts in different fields. By the time you graduate, you'll have plenty of experience with this. All first year students also take the Global Engineering Challenge, where teams of students work to solve engineering problems in developing countries. This is designed to develop you as a professional engineer and enhance your career prospects. Second years get to work on a project to solve a problem set by one of our industrial partners.  The learning and assessment percentages could vary depending on the modules you choose. Our graduates are in demand internationally. They now work in aerospace design, aviation, transport, manufacturing, finance, energy and power, and the armed forces. Employers include Airbus, BAE Systems, BP, Ernst and Young, Jaguar Land Rover, Ministry of Defence, Nissan, Rolls-Royce, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Royal Air Force and Shell.
