Our Polymer Science and Engineering research programmes have a long and esteemed history and today span a diverse range of themes and topics that have relevance to industrial needs worldwide. Our polymer research is closely integrated and encompasses the research of several members of academic staff, both individually and in collaboration. The research is built around fundamental studies of structure-property relationships for polymer materials of current and future importance.

Students with a bachelor's degree from a recognised good-quality Chinese university, with a minimum overall average grade of 80% or a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) will be considered. Entry requirements differ between courses. Students must demonstrate proficiency in English language and some MBA programme requires GMAT scores.

If English is not your first language, you will need to take and meet minimum requirements for the following recognised English language qualifications: IELTS (6.5 with no sub-test under 5.5); TOEFL (570 with 5.0 in TWE); CBTOEFL (230 with 5.0 in TWE).
