The MSc Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care is an inter-professional programme for people who are passionate about improving the quality of health or social services. This programme is open to both clinicians and non-clinicians. This is an interdisciplinary course that helps those who want to understand how to improve the quality of health or social care. You develop skills in understanding your own leadership styles, leading teams, managing strategically, and making decisions. You will be exposed to a broad range of contemporary perspectives on leadership, and how to inspire and get the best from people and organisations. You will be assessed through written assignments, reports, interpretation of case studies and peer assessment, as well as individual and group presentations.
