This course provides a solid foundation in modern finance and investment, covering topics in corporate finance, capital markets and financial security valuation, and is recognised by the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Institute. This course has a distinct quantitative focus and includes both theoretical concepts as well as their applications. Many parts of the course require students to download data from databases and to analyse data using software packages.
