This conversion course offers a route into the MSc programme for those who did not specialise in economics at undergraduate level, but who have some background in economics or quantitative subjects. The GDip Economics (Conversion) can be tailored to suit the needs of students from a range of academic backgrounds with varying degrees of mathematical training. Students will embark on one of two pathways, depending on their academic background and mathematical skills, undertaking modules drawn from a range of undergraduate programmes. This Economics (Conversion) GDip course is designed as a conversion route to our master’s programme, allowing students to consolidate their skills and experience in their chosen field of economics. However, the course is also a qualification in itself.
