This multidisciplinary course complements the research strengths of the Institute for Aerospace Technology. This master's course is a multidisciplinary taught programme which complements the research strengths of the Institute for Aerospace Technology, drawing on the expertise of staff across the Faculty. This 12 month programme aims to provide science or engineering graduates with a solid grounding in current aerospace technologies, together with the options to develop an emphasis in manufacturing, advanced materials, and power and electronic systems. This MSc course compliments the research being carried out by the Institute for Aerospace Technology. Students will choose which stream they wish to study. 60 credits of core compulsory modules will be studied and then a further 60 credits of modules will be taken in the chosen stream. As part of this MSc students will complete an individual research project which will be undertaken over the summer term.
