Entrepreneurship is a key skill for all businesses - start-ups, large organisations and SMEs - in a world increasingly driven by innovation. Our MSc Entrepreneurship programme is designed for those planning to set up their own businesses, or work in high-growth areas of large organisations where competitive advantage depends on the successful harnessing of creativity and innovation. In this context, the programme develops essential entrepreneurial skills such as business planning, business modelling, pitching and working in a digital environment. Students will also have the opportunity to work in entrepreneurial teams, guided by a mentor, to simulate the experience of setting up a business for an original idea. The programme encourages ‘learning by doing’ to develop the attributes, ways of thinking and behaviour of an entrepreneur. At the end of the year this culminates in a final research project to develop an individual business plan or consulting project.
