Our MSc Employment Relations and HRM programme offers you the opportunity to explore a range of aspects relating to Human Resources and Employment Relations. You will gain an insight and understanding into the management of the employment relationship including the relevant employment regulations that organisations work within. Our MSc Employment Relations and Human Resource Management programme is taught by academics with a strong track record in both employment relations related research and practical experience of employment relations and human resource management (HRM). You will develop critical thinking and analytical skills alongside the more practical skills required for a career in employment relations and HR. These practical skills include making presentations, role-play practice in handling challenging situations, and problem solving skills through case study analysis. Most large organisations in both the public and private sectors employ employment relations specialists and this programme aims to prepare our students for professional roles in the global Human Resource community.
