This course develops skills and knowledge of the key strategic and operational aspects of marketing, and you will gain an awareness of the external marketing environment. Strategic and operational aspects of marketing include the formulation of marketing strategies, managing the marketing function and it’s positioning relative to other key business functions, advertising and branding, customer relations management, applications of information technology, and e-marketing. This course also provides coverage across the broader range of business and management subjects, developing knowledge and understanding of organisations, their management and the changing external environment in which they operate.
