This course will give full training in research methods and then the opportunity to complete a short research project (M.Res). Students will normally be undertaking research in their place of practice, on topics that are directly relevant to their roles as educators and healthcare professionals. All candidates will be given full face-to-face training on the theory, planning and practise of research before undertaking their research dissertation. The programme is suitable for anyone who wishes to undertake rigorous, practise-focused research into the education of health professionals. This may include doctors, nurses, allied health staff, academic educators, social care professionals and psychologists.
