The course is accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), which means that after completing the course you will meet the academic requirements for Graduate (Grad IOSH) membership. In the second year, for one semester, you will undertake an internship, study in another country or join a research group. This valuable experience will enhance your employability and further develop your theoretical and practical skills. People join from this Masters course from many different backgrounds. You might, for example, have been an undergraduate student in geography, science, engineering, business, law or environmental health. This course is also available with advance practice in the second year.
