This course aims to equip the student with the intellectual abilities and skills for a successful career as a Chartered Surveyor This course is for students working in the property profession in valuation, investment, management, agency or property development. This may be in private practice, central or local government or the corporate sector. It is an ideal opportunity for assistant and trainee surveyors to follow an academic programme whilst gaining professional experience and career development. The first stage is taught as part of a mainly combined programme with the other surveying degrees in the School. Thereafter, students attend the same lectures as the full- time Real Estate students allowing for exchange of ideas and experience.
