This course is for people who want a master’s qualification in business plus hospitality and tourism management to complement any type of study at undergraduate level, in order to boost employability. This course develops broad business skills while also offering a specialist pathway in hospitality and tourism management that starts after the first semester. There is no requirement to have studied business, hospitality or tourism at undergraduate level. The course is covered by the prestigious AACSB accreditation for Newcastle Business School, which was ‘Business School of the Year’ at The Times Higher Education Awards 2015. Newcastle Business School has a global reputation for delivering some of the best business management education in the UK. Your tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including lectures, seminars and workshops. As this is a master’s course there is a major element of independent learning and self-motivated reflection.
